It was an excellent course and I put some of what I had learnt into practice on the Thursday by preparing a list with our A/S volunteer and discussing the tasks. I also devoted one of our other volunteers who had attended the course to buddy our A/S volunteer. This has worked so much more effectively than in previous weeks and our A/S volunteer seemed very happy. More Please!
